Sound System conversion kit for E36 & aftermarket radios

This is a no-cut wiring kit for customers with premium / Sound System cars that plan to run an E36 era OEM radio like the CD43, or an aftermarket radio without the factory trunk amplifier.

PLEASE specify the following when ordering:

1. E36 or Aftermarket radio
2. Radio only or external amp (amp requires radio with pre-outs or a LOC)
3. Subwoofer type (no sub, passive or small footwell)

NOTE: If you do run an external aftermarket amplifier, you will also need the Sound System Speaker Access harness to do this, available separately

The harness kit includes the following components, all specific to the options you selected.

Trunk amp bypass adapter: plugs into your Sound System trunk amp harness connector.

Rear channel adapter: works with the trunk amp bypass adapter to connect your rear speakers to your radio

Front channel speaker harnesses: connects your OEM tweeter and kick panel speaker wiring directly to your radio.  Simply unplug the existing OEM wiring from your kick panel speakers and connect the new harness.
